The Pasticceria Gollini has been our home since 1886 in the historical centre of Vignola, under the porch in Piazza Garibaldi. It keeps the heritage of a place of the past and a welcoming “emiliana”.

Since then Torta Barozzi has become the pride of the Pasticceria. The porches, the lanes, the very stones of the historical center of Vignola began to be pervaded with the delicious flavour of Torta Barozzi.
In a short time, the citizens of Vignola got accustomed to the delicious smell coming from Pasticceria Gollini.
Today the Pasticceria Gollini is run by Eugenio’s grand nieces, Franca and Paola, who, with the cooperation of a completely female team, are the passionate custodians of the secret recipe. The love for tradition, the passion for ancient tastes, the ritual of a slow, masterly processing are the values that characterize this small craft laboratory.
